• Does GoButtonskart.com (Zotory.com) charge you for shipping?
Zotory.com offers FREE SHIPPING to all customers across India at a minimum purchase of Rs.600. Shipping charge of Rs.60 will be levied on all orders below the above mentioned purchase value and this is a non-refundable charge.

• Are there any additional charges for COD?
No. We don't charge customers anything extra for Cash On Delivery (COD). To win the hearts of customers we have abolished the COD fee of Rs.30 that we previously had. So Stop Thinking Start Shopping.

• How to return a product?

To return a product just drop a mail to care@zotory.com. We'll process your request and arrange for pick up within 2 - 5 business days. But make sure the product is unused and remains in the same way you received it. That's it.

But please do inform us within 30 days of ordering with us for the return to be eligible.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept return of products that are intimate or sanitary goods.(Example- Vests, briefs, panties, bras, etc). In case the intimate or sanitary products you received are damaged in any way we will be happy to offer you a return
